Everbuild General Purpose Silicone Sealant (Trade) 280ml

General Purpose Silicone sealant is a mid modulus silicone sealant that adheres to most smooth and non-porous materials, it contains an anti-fungal compound to prevent mould growth in high humidity areas, and forms a permanent flexible rubber seal.

Bath & Kitchen Sealant is a high quality, acrylic based sealant that provides an effective, yet economical seal that is easy to use. With added anti-fungal compound it is ideal for bathrooms and kitchens.

Please Note - Do not apply sealant at temperatures below +4°C. Application Temp. Range +4°C to +40°C. Bath & Kitchen Sealant should be at room temperature when you begin using the product. If stored in cool conditions it should be placed in a warm room / bu cket of warm water before use to gently heat up to working temperature.

Everbuild Tecnic Silicone 825 is a low modulus, neutral curing silicone sealant based on a filled alkoxy curing system, specially formulated to provide extra tool down time on longer joints. Conforms to ISO11600 class F25LM and G25LM when tested to ISO11600.

The sealant is typically used for expansion joints to stone, brick, concrete and composite panels, perimeter pointing around all types of window and door frames, weatherproofing sealing to most external applications, construction and dilation joints where stress does not occur until fully cured.
