Miflues TWPro MB - Structural Locking Band - Ø 125

The Structural Locking Band replaces the standard locking band where an unsupported length of up to 2.9 metres is required. These should be used on each joint above and the joint below the final wall support.

Product Information:

APPLICATION: For use on solid fuel and gas/oil appliances. eg: woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, oil boiler, gas boiler and any solid fuel appliances.

CONSTRUCTION: Outer skin is made from 304 stainless Steel and is 0.4mm thick. This is then coated in a high temperature Black finish. The Inner skin is made from 316 grade stainless steel and is 0.4mm thick. Insulation is compressed rockwool giving a density of 200kg/m³. All parts are fully welded.. Distance to combustibles is 50mm.

APPROVALS: TWPro is HETAS Approved and is CE marked.. Designation Number is. EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50.. EN1856-1 T200 P1 W V2 L50040 O20.

INSTALLATION: TWPro Twin Wall Insulated Chimney parts are secured together by using a Locking Band (supplied).. Make sure that you keep a distance of 50mm from the outside of the flue to any combustible material (wood, plaster board).
