Robust airbrick ventilator ideal for use with cavity sleeves and the 1201 and 1201XL telescopic underfloor ventilators.

Equivalent area marking to the front face of the airbrick is compliant with BS EN 13141-1:2004.

The unique stepped front grille is designed to provide an unobstructed airflow and prevent the ingress of wind driven rain. Integral clips enable multiple airbricks to be stacked together to form 9″ x 6″ and 9″ x 9″ sizes.

1201 Telescopic Underfloor Vent 3-5 Courses

Adjustable ventilator to provide ventilation beneath suspended ground floors up to 5 brick courses. With incorporated grille to prevent vermin entry.

The vertical height of the ventilator unit adjusts to suit between 3 and 5 brick courses (225mm-375mm) with a minimum cavity width of 50mm.

- Telescopic and adjustable for a step of 3, 4 or 5 brick courses

- Horizontal and vertical extension accessories available

- Free area of 8000mm2 per unit when installed without 1201AB airbrick
