Flush Fit Bolt Down Shoe - Hot Dipped Galvanised - 100mm

Flush fit bolt down fence post shoes are a quick and easy way to erect fencing and garden posts as they require no digging or concreting into place, saving time and money. They are designed to be fixed down onto an existing concrete base or wall and are perfect for patio fencing, decking, pergolas or car ports where the post needs to be fitted flush against a wall. The bolt secure version features 2x 8mm carriage bolts.

O’Brien Cement Post Mix is a simple to use rapid setting concrete mix for fixing posts in the ground. It is pre-mixed and blended and contains cement, dried aggregates and admixtures. The cement used is O’Brien Cement manufactured in Ireland and conforms to I.S EN 197-1 2011.

Product Information:

1. Dig a hole to required size for post, half fill the hole with water and place the post in the hole,
2. Tip the pre-mixed aggregate uniformly into the hole around the post, until it is above the level of water,
3. If any dry powder remains visible at this stage, add additional water until absorbed by the material,
4. Adjust the post into position and support appropriately until material set occurs, which takes approximately 10 minutes.
